What is Brisqq?

Brisqq is the leading provider of logistics-as-a-service enabling businesses with delivery on the same day (or a future date), in a 1-hour timeslot, chosen by them or their customer. Brisqq is available in-store and as an integrated ecommerce solution.

Who is Brisqq for?

Brisqq is for businesses of any shape or size – we do not deliver hot food (or anything illegal). We have helpful case studies on a range of industries here.

How does it work?

In-store, schedule a 1-hour delivery timeslot chosen by you or your customer on our cloud-based platform, accessed on any device with a web browser. Learn more.

If you have an ecommerce store, the Brisqq plugin integrates into your checkout page, allowing your shoppers to select a 1-hour timeslot of their choice. Learn more.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently enable deliveries in central London and Amsterdam. The Brisqq Zone is a 13 km radius around your business. You can find out if your postcode qualifies and sign up here.

What types of items can be delivered?

As long as it can be carried by one person, our platform is perfect for your delivery requirements. Still not sure if we are right for you? Click here to request further information.

When can items be collected and delivered?

The only limitation is that the items need to be able to be picked up (e.g. within store opening hours). The item is generally collected in the hour BEFORE the delivery slot (i.e. between 16:00 - 17:00 for the 17:00 - 18:00 delivery slot).

Is my delivery trackable?

Yes, once the delivery person in on the way to the pick-up location real-time pickup tracking becomes available, and once the item is on the way to the recipient, drop off tracking is also available for the recipient.

Payment & Charges

How do I pay?

Payment can be done after each delivery through a stored card, or by direct debit at the end of the month, or you purchase pre-paid credit blocks for the month (at better rates, of course).

Do you charge for cancellations?

You can cancel the delivery up to one hour before the delivery slot. If you cancel later than that, we will charge you for the delivery.

Are there any fees to sign-up or to log into the platform?

No, there are no sign-up or subscription fees.

Does the price of a delivery change on bank holidays or weekends?

No, our pricing is the same on bank holidays and weekends.

Deliver with Brisqq

How do I sign up?

Simply go to our Deliver With Us page and fill in our sign-up form. Once you've submitted it, we will be in touch with the next steps.

What are the requirements?

  • To be 18 years old or over
  • An iPhone or Android phone with a data plan (3G or 4G)
  • A valid driving licence and insurance (if applicable)
  • Photo ID to verify your identity
  • Good English-speaking proficiency
  • The ability to lift 10-15 kg
What vehicle do I need?

We accept all types of vehicles on our platform. Whether it's a bicycle, motorbike or scooter, car or van - it's up to you! Just specify your vehicle type when you sign up.

What if I don't have a vehicle?

If you don't own a vehicle or bike, you can still sign up to the platform to fulfil deliveries on foot as a pedestrian.

Where do Brisqq freelancers deliver to?

As a Brisqq freelancer, you would be doing deliveries all over central London or Amsterdam, but never outside our defined radius of 13 km from the city centre. More details on this will be given to you during the onboarding process.

Where do I download the Brisqq Delivery App?

The Brisqq delivery app is available for iOS on the App Store and for Android on the Google Play Store. You won't be able to log in until we have set up an account for you – this will be done during the onboarding process.

How do I receive fees?

If you are successfully onboarded onto the Brisqq platform, you will receive fees every two weeks, directly into your bank account. Fees depend on vehicle type and the number of drops you complete during a day: the more deliveries you fulfil, the more fees you will generate.

How do I choose my own schedule?

Once you have been onboarded onto the platform and have logged into the app, you will be able to mark yourself as available to do deliveries by choosing Brisqq Slots. These are released at regular weekly intervals, giving you time to plan your schedule and providing as much flexibility as possible.

When can I start?

As soon as you have completed the full onboarding process, you'll be free to start using the app, choose Brisqq Slots, and accept your first deliveries!
